Run Mama Run

Prior to having baby # 2 I was in a running group with some fab ladies at work.  We had just started running some 5Ks and I went and got preggers.  They kept running while I cheered from the sidelines with my ice cream and pickles.

We’ll now the Scooby gang is back.  We are all planning on running the Asheville Citizen-Times 5k. 

I’m modifying Hal Higdon training plan.  My plan is to do the strength training P90X workouts on the 3 days I don’t run, and have 1 rest day.  My goal is to finish in under 30 minutes. 

Here’s hoping I’ll be ready by Sept 18th.
