So, one might ask what does canceling your gym membership have to do with fitness? At this point in time, my lack of getting my butt to the gym membership isn’t doing me (or my butt) a bit of good. The last time I was at the gym I was around 6 months preggers. Fast forward to now, my baby is 3 months old, and I never made it to the gym on my maternity leave.
Yep, I’m gonna attempt this.
Anyone else tried this program? What did/didn’t you like about it???
